A spectacular game, as is expected of the SHIFT series now. How in the world has this not been picked up for publishing on consoles? (XBLA or WiiWare would be perfect for this!)
Mel Gibson, and a lying cat! What more does a game need?

I always enjoy the concept of taking an interview and animating over it like this, I guess it reminds me of Aardman's 'Creature Comforts' shorts and the more recent TV shows of the same; perhaps an inspiration there?
Definitely something that could be taken further, or made into a series covering different topics. If it is to remain a one-off, at least it is a good one. Whether there is more to come or not, good luck on future projects, hope to see more of them on NG.

Despite being distinctly hopeless at it, I just spent almost two hours playing this. Congrats on such an amazing game.
For something to buy in any forthcoming sequel, how about custom stock? So you could get in ingredients to make particular drinks which in turn could make more money... Just an idea.
If you'll excuse me, I got another hour to burn...

Great music, well animated, my only quibble (love that word) being the repetitiveness of the graphics, particularly at the chorus. Good luck with future stuff (I look forward to The 360 Song) and don't let the idiots get you down. Speaking of which...
@mo4form: Sony completely screwed themselves in Europe. They missed the Christmas market, handing it neatly to Nintendo (Wii shortages aside). They made their new console cost more than double either of the others. They failed to produce any real standout launch exclusives. They missed several bugs in their OS. And now they're paying the price in the form of low sales figures.
And the PS1 being the first with 3D games? Might want to read up a bit. What about Starfox on the SNES, published in 1993, over a year before the PS1 came out? Or DOOM on PC, also released in '93?
Quite frankly, anyone who has to resort to calling people "fuckin dummass assholes" based on their choice of console, already knows that they've lost the arguement. And, apparently, the ability to spell.

The animation, sound, and general 'feel' of this are all brilliant, definitely one of the best things I've seen on NG recently.
At first I thought this was actually done by someone Scottish, until I heard "Ann McKilt". Say no to stereotyping, kids.
But nice work.

"You know what you should do...."
You should come to Europe, where every game is released on the date given. That date being several months after the NTSC territories already have the game, and post all the juicy details all over the internet to taunt us. Seriously, I'd kill to only have to deal with delays and not "When's it gonna be? We're not telling. Maybe 2008, maybe.... never!"
You are a talented flash artist though, good work there.

"One of the best new series on NG."
Other than the odd volume issue (some voices were too quiet, particularly Evan's), this was superb. Artistic graphics (particularly the scene with Evan climbing the ladder, beautiful work there) and a decently deep story with a few dark undertones thrown in. I can only offer kudos on such good work, and hope to see more.
And if you need any bit-part voice acting, feel free to PM us. It'd be an honour to be a part of this, though we can't offer help on the animation side since our animator went AWOL.
Keep up the good work, and don't let the naysayers get you down,

I have to say that your audio work is absolutely superb. As an improv singer myself, I know that it can be damned difficult, but you pulled it off great. Kudos.
This flash is let down only by the graphics (says the guy who gets others in the PA to do his animating for him). Maybe a re-post of the audio to shiny new graphics would be an idea?
Keep on flashing (in the Macromedia sense, public nudity is not condoned by the Pyromaniacs Anonymous)

All you really need to add is a pre-loader and replay button. And you can just nab these off of NG anyway, so you're pretty much ready to kick some ass!
Good luck with future projects, and don't let naysayers get you down,

Author's Response:
Yeah... I need to add that. I really do. But I got ahead of myself and I don't exactly understand how to. I'm not sure if it's pre programed or if you have to add code to it. Like I said, I'm a bit of a flash n00b. XD Hahaha...
but thank you so much for your kind review!

Definitely do something in the same vein but longer. If the graphics were as great as this, I reckon the5's would come pouring in.
Author's Response:
Wow, thanks! I'm definately interested in making another one that's muuuuch longer.
